Refund policy

We have a 30-day Refund or Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a Refund or Exchange. 
We are not able to refund or exchange any items that are destroyed by you the consumer. We are not able to offer refunds or exchange to any item outside the 30-day return window.

Items sent back to the artist without first requesting a refund or Exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact the artist immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that the artist can evaluate the issue and let you know if you are eligible for either a free exchange or a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange any items that are destroyed by you. We are not able to issue refunds for any item outside the 30-day return window.  We are not able to refund any final sale items or discount items.

Exchanges
Send an Email to Shiyiyuarts@gmail.com with the reason to request an exchange with a photo of the damaged item attached. The artist will review your photos to see if the item is destroyed before opening the package. If the item is destroyed before opening the package you are eligible for a free exchange. Once you are eligible for an exchange, the artist will send you the replacement to your address free of charge.

Refunds
Send an Email to Shiyiyuarts@gmail.com with the reason to request a refund with a photo of the damaged item attached. The artist will review your photos to see if the item is destroyed before opening the package. If the item is destroyed before opening the package you are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
